The Internal Audit Ethical Dilemmas Board Game

Developed to facilitate the Internal Audit Training of Trainers program, the objective of the Ethical Dilemmas Board Game is to enable participants to approach professional ethics training and education in a practical way, by analyzing threats that arise and selecting an appropriate course of action in line with the fundamental principles of the Code of Ethics for Internal Auditors prescribed by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). The game is expected to develop participants' ethical decision-making skills and to make sound judgments when resolving and mitigating ethical dilemmas.

The game is expected to develop participants' ethical decision-making skills and to make sound judgments when resolving and mitigating ethical dilemmas.

A World Bank Centre for Financial Reporting Reform (CFRR) Senior Officials’ Workshop took place in Vienna, Austria on November 29, 2022. A webinar on the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants

On December 16, a virtual seminar on the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA Code) was organized by the EU funded twinning project Enhancing Accounting and Audit Quality in Georgia in cooperation with the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Audit Supervision (SARAS) and the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Standards Oversight Board (HAASOB).

Audit Training of Trainers Virtual Workshop: Update from the Standard Setting Boards (IAASB & IESBA)

This virtual workshop allowed participants to gain insight into proposed revisions and standards issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and the International Ethics Standard Board (IESBA) and become updated with these developments directly from the Standard Setting Boards.
