Module 5 – The Future of SMPs: Practice Marketing and Communications, will examine how to grow and market your practice. Practice growth looks set to primarily come from diversifying service offerings, in particular business advisory. SMPs need to build market awareness of these service offerings and leverage various digital tools to do this. Key presentation will cover areas such as the benefits of marketing your firm; how to attract your ideal clients; how to differentiate your firm from the competition; how to build marketing campaigns that deliver results; an overview of key marketing tactics; and how to measure success and prove return on investment.
