Financial and Sustainability Reporting Community of Practice (FINCOP) is a regional platform under the PULSAR 2 program that brings together public sector professionals, policymakers, and technical experts to advance financial and sustainability reporting reforms. It facilitates peer learning, exchange of good practices, and collaborative problem-solving across participating countries. FINCOP supports the development and implementation of accrual-based public sector accounting standards aligned with IPSAS, and promotes the integration of sustainability reporting frameworks tailored to public sector needs. 

Through workshops, diagnostics, and technical assistance, FINCOP helps countries consolidate financial statements into whole-of-government reporting. It also provides guidance on legislative frameworks, accounting policies, and reporting tools. FINCOP’s activities are designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and decision-making in public financial management.
